Due to ongoing IT problems from a recent outage, British Airways (BA) passengers are advised to arrive at the airport earlier than usual. It is recommended to arrive at least one hour earlier than planned to ensure a smooth start to your journey. BA has emailed passengers to request an earlier arrival.
